It was recorded for laying. The recording was confirmed in a message (on a social network) and on the day of recording they called to confirm. Upon arrival, there was no master in the salon and the recording was not found. I think this is a terrible unprofessionalism. Even an apology was not received in connection with this situation, they said that they could not help and there was no master.
