I ordered a ribbon in the corner of Strait Flex. The price was fine, at that time the tape cost 44 rubles. The average price in the market. The company agreed to send the tape by mail. This is a plus sign. Of course, it's my own fault that I didn't ask how much the delivery would cost. But somehow I didn't think to clarify: "How much will your employee have to go to the post office?" And the employee of the company did not say anything, just place an order. The tape was sent a week later, but I was in no hurry, I immediately told the manager about it. I told them how convenient it would be for you, send them within a couple of weeks. In total, what happened: the tape costs 44 rubles, the cash on delivery cost me 9 rubles and the company charged another 10 rubles for delivery. In total, almost 65 rubles! And they took ten rubles for an employee of the company to go to the nearest post office (or European post) at any convenient time for him and send a package. The cost of delivery to me was 20 rubles!!! I'm sorry, but they brought me a scooter for 12 rubles by courier from Minsk to the address in Mogilev, but not 20 rubles and even through the mail. That's why the score is so low. Or it was worth warning that going to the post office would cost me an additional 10 rubles, or they were already ashamed and took a smaller amount for a walk in the fresh air.
P.S. The issue was resolved, a nice girl manager called back, apologized for the delivery situation and 10 extra rubles were returned to me. Therefore, I leave a positive review. Well done for monitoring reviews and treating their customers well.
