Very mediocre. Burger expectations/reality. Cold, tasteless, even tastier in burger king👀
The bun is all softened and deflated. The waitress or whoever is standing at the checkout is very rude. I asked her to remove from the table, because everyone was busy, she told me: "the waiter will be free now and will clean up, wait yes," then she was rude to the girls ahead of us, said that they were bothering everyone here. They may have interrupted, but could they have said it mildly, or is this a feature of the service? 😁

I was happy to regularly order delicious burgers until today they slipped chicken in my order instead of shrimp in a shrimp burger. It was just a big piece of chicken, not a couple of shrimp. I threw off a photo of a burger where the chicken is clearly visible, but they still claim that there was no mistake on their part and it's a shrimp, although in my opinion everything is obvious from the photo.
Due to a short-term profit of a couple thousand tenge, they take the client for fools and terminate their relationship with him. By the way, I contacted the franchise's quality control and they said that the case was egregious, the employees communicate rudely and generally acted terribly. They promised that they would give the contacts to the owner and he would contact me, but this did not happen.

Super burgers, very juicy and big. The kings of burgers cannot be compared with the standard fast food of well-known chains.
Great service, great atmosphere. There is a glass veranda with tables and simpler places inside.
The prices for this level of craft burgers are very reasonable. The network is generally excellent, I have been in other cities.

The cutlet was warmed up, i.e. it was pre-cooked warm, tomatoes were out of season, of course, hard or ripe, there was an incomprehensible mass on top of the cutlets, tasteless! We ordered Butcher's Revenge burgers and Beef Cherry. In both burgers, the oak rolls are not tasty, the cutlets are overcooked and dry. The usual mediocre burgers don't match the cost.

The atmosphere of fast food is noisy, the air drives well. (This is a plus). I took a burger from the food (I don't remember the name) - a huge one, with sausages, a natural "rip the bread". I liked it, it was hard to walk. If it had a jalapeno or hot sauce attached to it, I would generally eat there every week, I would be fat and happy.
