There are two masters working in the salon in the manicure department. One woman is a sweet and creative person, a good worker. But I was signed up for the second one. This was my first terrible manicure experience. My cuticles were cut, a day later they still hurt from the force of the presses (she said it hurt, there was zero reaction). They didn't do anything that I asked for by design, the result was terrible. Crooked, askew, fingers hurt after a day. The work of the MASTER is not visible! She came out with tears in her eyes. I realized that everything would be bad already on the powder. When the "master" asked if we would put powder for 7 rubles for nail growth, I categorically said "no". She heard it, and eventually put it down. I paid significantly more than usual for THIS (it's not about the cost). Avoid at least the manicure department. Don't repeat my mistakes and if anything happens, just get up and leave!

I was on vacation in Minsk and I don't know any good masters. This salon was closer to home. Master Arzu - I've never had a manicure done so badly..... (she did not hold the tools so skillfully and confidently), there was even one cut, we filled it with peroxide at my request. The most interesting thing began the next day, when everything started to get "shaggy." And all my attempts to trim my own skin did not end well, it did not last long, then everything rose again.
Girls, I do not know where you have great masters in Minsk, but I do not recommend this master. I never write any negative reviews, but here I did not remain silent. Take care of yourself!

I signed up for a haircut, asked for a master who focuses on short haircuts. I arrived at the appointed time, was invited to go to the VIP room (for a second), showed the desired result in the photo. The result was clumsily hacked with scissors, although it was easily possible to handle it with a typewriter, they also requested the amount for 12p (although I had a short hair initially) + the administrator did not consider it necessary to inform on the phone that they only paid in cash. Running out for a smoke and having a chat with a colleague is more appreciated there than the client.
