How is it?? That's not all) They also put a temporary seal on us and... sent us to 4 sides!!!! After 2 weeks, the doctor is not working, the other one has a full record. If you don't get the seal after 2 weeks, it will be a disaster, even to the point of removal. But that didn't bother Kravira. Of course, we couldn't sign up for other clinics either, the appointment was always at least a month in advance. As a result, we were removing the seal at the clinic, and no one called us from Kravira. In short, customer orientation is zero. I'm already silent that they mixed up one of our recordings. Anyway, we found another clinic. The price tag is lower as a result, the approach to the child is space, compared to Kravira.

They sign up for a surgeon of the highest category, they require to pass the UAC and oam. I am urgently taking tests for a fee at invitro. On this day, Erokhov offers an appointment from 17:00 to 20:40 (suspiciously free, then I realized why). I'm making an appointment at 20:00, I'm promised surgical care and I have it written in the doctor's direction. There should be a rehabilitation of the wound, after which it is better not to put the leg under stress. It was planned to have a wound treatment procedure and then go home to lie down to ease the pain. The surgeon was declared of the highest category (general practice and laser surgery), but there was no treatment at all. Erokhov did not look at the appointments and conclusions of other doctors, did not touch the wound. The whole procedure with spraying chlorhexidine and wrapping the bandage took about 5 minutes. The doctor completely ignored complaints of fever, severe pain (it is very painful to step on a foot, touch), pronounced swelling and redness, the wound is not closed, not dry, inflamed. I repeated several times that I was working on my feet, that it had been very painful for a long time and that I needed treatment, not hydrogen peroxide twice a day and saline solution. I want to share a review about the Kravira Medical center. We applied to this center for the first time, because in our usual center there was no free appointment with the right specialist.
We signed up for a pediatric dentist.
I'll start with the pros. Convenient location, normal living conditions in the center.
The inspection also left a good impression. The doctor answered my questions and gave me oral recommendations. There are no complaints about the doctor.
Now the cons. We arrived in advance ~ 5-7 minutes. We waited at the office for 15-20 minutes. This did not cause any complaints, because pediatric dentistry and everything happens. Then the doctor and the patient's mother (who was inside) came out into the corridor, the doctor found out from her mother about some complaint that the woman allegedly left. The woman denied the complaint. My child and I were sitting in the audience of this show. It all looked strange for a new client. Some kind of showdown right away. Then we were invited. The doctor tried to work with us promptly, because there was another patient waiting in the hall. Fluently, quickly, hurriedly, but everything seems to be on the case. Ok.
The baby's milk tooth is not subject to treatment due to age and the doctor sent it for removal.
There is no pediatric surgeon at the center. After the reception at the cashier, we stood for another 10 minutes. We waited for the cashier to come. At the same time, there is no queue in the center, but there is no cashier either. It was a weekday afternoon and I didn't have much time.
When we went to another clinic to have a tooth removed, it became clear that we were not given any discharge at Kravira. Nothing at all. Although in another center they always give a conclusion, even if they just write recommendations to brush your teeth.
I agree that I was also stupid and did not ask the doctor to issue a written opinion for the surgeon. Therefore, I had to go to a dentist (therapist) in another center again for a fee for further tooth extraction. But anything can happen. Okay, OK. And the cherry on the cake was a call a month later that I had not fully paid off the Kravira Medical center. I was informed that I had not paid for the photo and offered to send the payment details. The cashier forgot to charge me for the photo.
I don't even remember how much I paid or whether I paid for the picture. Nobody gave me the contract. Maybe there was a receipt, I don't remember. But after a month to demand an additional payment from the patient, it is as strange as possible. I have only one conclusion – this center is an unrealistic mess.
The reception lasted 15 minutes, and the wait was still 30. They forget to print the conclusion, they forget to count their own services.
We will not apply anymore, although the doctor told us to come next to the tooth after removal for treatment.
The sediment from the center remained unpleasant, nervous people will increase your nervousness. And now we still need to find time and, when we are near them, go in and pay them extra.

On Zakharova, an ECG is done on the ground floor with uncurtained windows, people walk close, it's unpleasant. The receptionists couldn't tell me that you were paying for the tests on the second floor, and I was just sitting there in line. Cute. Ultrasound of veins- climbing on an ordinary couch with weight and low hemoglobin when you feel dizzy, well, that's it. Where are the handrails? After all, you can really fall from there. There should be a step couch, I saw it on YouTube. The ultrasound machine on Skripnikov is older than in our state polyclinic, respectively, the description of the ultrasound even from the M.N. is not correct, hysteroscopy showed something else. The Candidate of Medical Sciences herself always has a bag on the table, as if she came in for five minutes and is constantly discussing where in which branch she should still work. We go to her with our friends, there is always one painting. But the therapist at Skripnikov is excellent, thank him very much.

And in general, the institution did not leave the most positive impression: the staff is not friendly and rude, the only thing is, the nurse is a doctor's assistant, a pleasant woman. I don't recommend it, unless it's a last resort.
