I would like to express my gratitude to the head of the laboratory, M. A. Petrikevich. With her arrival at the center, the work in the laboratory has become better! The quality of service in the treatment rooms has significantly improved. There are very polite procedural nurses and paramedics. They approach each patient individually and are able to get along with children. Without psychos and scandals, my children go to donate blood to them. A cool idea with baby patches, certificates for bravery. I love this center, I take tests only there. Everything is fast, high-quality and inexpensive! Thank you for your hard work and hard work! I had an ultrasound. We did everything very quickly and comfortably. I needed to do another ultrasound, which they did NOT refuse me! For which I am very grateful! The medical center is clean, pleasant, there are shoe covers, drinking water, toilet, TV with cartoons for children. It's a pity that it's far away. The prices are pleasant, there is a discount for the feedback left after the visit (for the following procedure). Thank you, I will chat with you again!

I was dissatisfied with the visit and the competence of the med.the staff in this branch is on Zakharova. I spent 2 hours, as a result, our problem was not solved. She was recorded with a small child to the urologist A.O. Batsenko, was diagnosed with questionable cystitis, ultrasound and tests were prescribed. The only plus is that the analysis was ready within an hour. We sat waiting for the girl at the reception , who issues a referral for tests. Naturally, when taking blood, the child began to cry, the doctor performed the procedure with a dissatisfied face, as if all this was annoying her, somehow she did not even try to distract the child. This is not the first time we have been tested and doctors always create a safe atmosphere, even in a state clinic, but not here. In order for the child to have an ultrasound, there was no free window, the reception said that you would not be accepted, even urgently, customer orientation is at zero. To which the doctor said knock and ask, you urgently, just the child had a full bladder. The door was opened a crack and I received the answer: "You've already been told no" and the door was closed. As a result, the problem was not solved , the doctor suggested doing an ultrasound in another place and sending him the results. Yesterday we signed up at another center, to another specialist, found time for an ultrasound and gave a test strip to detect cystitis, everything took 10 minutes. And they sent me to another doctor, who also had everything scheduled. The problem was solved and treatment was prescribed, everything took 30 minutes. I recommend avoiding this medical center!

Today, my husband visited urologist Batsenko. We applied for a conclusion, and when making an appointment on the phone, I explained to the administrator that an examination was not necessary. We have all the documents in our hands, we just need a conclusion. After the husband came into the office, showed the documents, the doctor put them aside and said everything later... He made an inspection and said that everything was fine. Immediately, the doctor issues a conclusion and makes a diagnosis, directs to a bunch of tests, stipulates the cost of 280 rubles. After I came into the office with indignation, and asked why they didn't write what we were dealing with. The doctor quickly redoes the conclusion, which says that the spouse is healthy. And that's how to understand it? Sometimes he is diagnosed, then he suddenly becomes healthy... According to the cost, they said 45p on the phone, in fact they paid 64.64... allegedly, the inspection is not included in the price. Okay, but we didn't need an inspection!!! This is the first time we have been to this center, we will not come again! It's a pity, you can't set 0.

I was here with Urbanovich's therapist, Murashko's endocrinologist and Kazimirskaya's ultrasound specialist. All three doctors are wonderful. They are very literate and polite. We were at this medical center with a child at Laura Chechett Gennady. He examined the ears well, diagnosed them and prescribed treatment. He explains everything correctly, clarifies all the questions of interest. The medical center itself is quite cozy, clean, there is a TV with cartoons, the child liked it while waiting for the reception (they came earlier). I recommend it!

Современное здание, чисто и аккуратно. При входе есть кофе машина с оплатой по карте, и на всех этажах бутыли с водой. Есть десткие уголки. Людей немного, атмосфера спокойная, располагающая. Специалисты профессионалы своего дела, но отношение к клиентам у всех разное. Например, после лора, логопеда и сдачи анализов впечатление очень положительное, много внимания, добродушное отношение. После других - кажется, что из поликлиники вышел.... Педиатр показался очень компетентным в своем деле, ответственен, с вниманием относитится ко всем мелочам. Но видно, что очень строга и от этого немного напрягаешься. Парковка что есть что нету, очень маленькая и всегда занята, приходиться кружить в посках места.

The experience of visiting this center is quite negative. Their main goal is to siphon as much money as possible from the client already in the first visit. Not to mention the subsequent ones. No one cares about your health. Generally. Complete indifference to the client. You make an appointment for a certain time, come and wait another hour (!) until you are invited to an appointment... The clinic is much better with this. The doctor imposes absolutely unnecessary things on you and asks for a paw (!) for allegedly expensive medicines. In a paid medical center! My "mova was taken away" when I saw it. The doctor does not explain at all what he is doing, why, what diagnosis he makes, what prognosis, etc. Just "be sure to come tomorrow", "you have very bad tests".. It's just not profitable for him, apparently. Maybe it's only with these doctors so. I don't know. The doctor, if anything, A.O. Batsenko, and the cost of "expensive" medicines is 20 rubles.

I went to Batsenko's receptions. I have already noticed comments in the reviews on his begging for bribes in the examination room for medications and, as in my case, also for anesthesia for surgery. It is very nice that I, having spent not a single thousand rubles in your center, still have to bribe a doctor. By the way, about the operation, I absolutely did not need it, as it turned out after it was carried out. She only made it worse and added additional problems that this doctor is not able to solve. In general, I do not advise you to be guided by the popularity of this doctor, he is more interested in money, and not the consequences of his actions. About queues to this doctor is a separate topic, I have been to him several dozen times at the reception, the maximum waiting time in the queue was 2-3 hours, kravira in the best traditions of state polyclinics. By the way, a comment about the operation, it was done well, according to the reviews of other doctors, when I tried to solve the problems that arose because of it, however, the reasons for its conduct and my specific situation were not studied by the doctor, as a result of which I have these problems 👍

I don't recommend it. A gastroenterologist is generally a nightmare for visitors. Even in a free clinic, I have not seen such a bad attitude.

Now my assessment is due to the fact that the doctor who performed the appointment told me everything, showed me, explained that in the place where I did the previous ultrasound, they just told me nonsense and let me go home. In the end, everything was as the doctor had calculated. I will continue to go only to this medical center.

Отзыв о педиатре Шледовитц Наталья Леовна. Врач ведёт себя абсолютно непрофессионально. Хамит, на вопросы не отвечает. Были в Кравире на медосмотре. У ребёнка плохие анализы и кардиограмма. На вопрос «что конкретно плохо» ответа мы так и не получили. Врач уклонялась от ответа под разными предлогами. Предложила занести анализы своему врачу и типа он расшифрует. Насчёт кардиограммы так же ничего не сказала. Просто не очень хорошо, а что конкретно - ответа не преследовало. И это платный приём в платной клинике! С ребёнком ходила моя мама. Врачом было сказано, что она не будет ничего ей говорить, так как пришла Бабушка. При этом в регистратуре сказали, что все нормально ребёнка может сопровождать Бабушка! Это же ребёнок. Как можно так относиться! На жалобу, что у ребёнка болит в прдреберье ответила «Что вы ищите болячки у здорового ребенка». И так отвечала по хамски на все вопросы. Считаю, что такому врачу нельзя вести приёмы и вообще общаться с пациентами!

Один из любимых центров. Никогда не очереди, все строго по записи и во время. Хожу сама и доверяю детей. Цены, ниже других центров. Классно, что внутри есть кофейня самообслуживания, в том числе, с детскими напитками. Цены на кофе, ну оооочень приятные. А кофе - оболденный.

Naturally, no one believes you, no matter how you answer, you will do additional tests for all types of diseases and they will take a ton of money from you. Also, the current doctor only offers his useless prostate massage to everyone in a row just to earn extra money, he absolutely does not care about your well-being and health. As a result, I was diagnosed with the wrong diagnosis, I was treated poorly and all the money was wasted. I also want to say about the time. If you have an appointment at 13:00, then you will be accepted only at 14:00, you pay money and wait, and this has never happened in any state polyclinic. He runs around inviting everyone, does not have time for anything, in short, I do not advise. I would unsubscribe this doctor as a prostate massage doctor!!

Посещал ортопеда-травматолога Боровицкого А. Е. Очень толковый врач. Приятный, тактичный, на все вопросы отвечал быстро, развернуто, охотно. Дал грамотную консультацию и провел аккуратный осмотр без боли. Рассказал все варианты событий при моём диагнозе, как приятные, так и не очень. Рекомендую. Такие эксперты на вес золота, даже в частных медцентрах.

Не так давно обслуживаюсь у врача гинеколога Гринец Людмилы Васильевны, специалист с большой буквы, (раньше ходила к врачу в одну очень известную специализированную клинику, пока все было хорошо, все хорошо, но когда появилась проблема, пол года меня пичкали таблетками и ненужным лечением). Людмилу Васильевну мне порекомендовала подруга, и ей очень благодарна. В первый же визит врач поставила диагноз и прописала лечение, через несколько дней я уже чувствовала себя прекрасно, теперь это мой любимый врачу. Рекомендую и очень благодарна этому специалисту.

Там отличные окулисты, травматологи. Сама клиника лучшая в городе. Кравира уже много лет на высоте, даже пытались закрыть медицинский центр, но врагам не по зубам оказалась КРАВИРА. ОДНОЗНАЧНО РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!

Летом часто посещала данную клинику, и многих врачей. Всё хорошо, мед центр чистый красивый, врачи хорошие добрые, компетентные. На ресепшене приятные девушки сидят. Посещала эндокринолога, гастроэнтеролога, лора и гинеколога. Очень хорошие, информативные приёмы были.

Самый лучший частный медцентр в городе. 3аждый врач профессионал своего дела. Особенно Баценко Александр Олегович. Лучшего уролога сложно найти. Рекомендую идти к любому профессионалу. Все врачи супер!
