Many thanks to the staff of the Potemkin Palace for the informative and informative tour. There are many unique historical exhibits in the Palace. The interior of the rooms of the past has been recreated with high design art. Everything is done very harmoniously, beautifully and interestingly. It is worth mentioning the Mother's Museum, which contains educational materials about famous women mothers of the Krichevsky district and their children. All this is very unusual and touchingly designed.

A good museum, a pleasant guide, the renovation was done relatively recently in 2016. Interesting exhibits, it's a pity, of course, that there are few authentic things belonging to the palace itself, but still the old things, specially bought by the state and patrons for this museum.

It's a beautiful place. A lot of work was put in and the result was worth it. I strongly advise you to visit here. The beauty of interior decoration is beyond praise. In my opinion, this place will bypass the Nesvizh Palace.

A beautiful palace with an interesting history. There is a school behind the palace, which is also interesting to see. The staff is working on guided tours and expanding the number of exhibits.

A wonderful and very atmospheric place, albeit after reconstruction. A wonderful private tour. There are amazing exhibits. It's great that everyone is trying to carefully and carefully recreate (most of the historical exhibits were seized at the Belarusian customs, or bought at various auctions).

We visited this museum in the summer and are very glad that we visited it. A very beautiful well-kept garden around the estate, there is a place to walk and arrange photo shoots, you can take a snack with you. I think that this cultural object is not deservedly deprived of attention, there is very little information about it on the Internet and, accordingly, few people know about its existence. We took an excursion. With a soul and great love, the guide tells about the estate. Yes, many exhibits have not been preserved, but similar original exhibits of those times are on display in the museum and the visitor can get an idea of how people lived at that time. During the tour there are tricky riddles, very fascinating and sometimes funny - about what this or that piece of furniture was intended for. There is a curious story about the clock. But it becomes even more mysterious and amazing when you hear a similar almost detective story in the museum-town hall in Mogilev. Go listen and you won't regret it! It is better to go in fine weather, if in summer, then you can still swim in a small and picturesque river nearby. We wish the museum itself development and prosperity. It would be possible to add magnets for memory, some small postcards, maybe a recipe for an old herbal tea or with some local berries, it would be interesting to see a tiny pharmacy garden. There is not enough page in Instagram or telegram about the life of the museum, its exhibits, maybe a master class on some craft that flourished in the time of Potemkin.

Apart from this palace, there is nothing for a tourist to see in Krichev. The palace is beautiful from the outside and somewhat empty inside, there are few exhibits. There is a registry office in one part of the palace, and this is a great idea. There is a small park area around the palace, but well-maintained and with luxuriously blooming flower beds. Very polite, friendly staff. It takes 20 minutes by bus from the bus station.

It's not a bad cultural object. I advise you to visit. The original furniture in the palace has not been preserved. Everything was taken out by the owners. But the fact that they also put interesting samples. A lot of paintings. Interesting icons and books. Only the name comes from Potemkin. It would be cool if we gathered more information about Potemkin. About the hobbies and character of the owner. What he did for the district, what he remembered.

This palace museum impresses with its beauty. Majestic halls, amazing interior allow you to plunge into the reign of Catherine II. At the end of the XVIII century, the Empress granted the palace to Count Potemkin. Thanks to government support, this museum is in good condition, there are a lot of antiques in the rooms, objects of that time: these are books, manuscripts, and furniture. A very interesting and pleasant place, I advise everyone to visit!

It is very cool that such a historical architectural value as this palace is located not far from Mogilev. Of course, the huge historical territory has not been preserved, but the "piece" that is accessible to visitors is very well maintained and pleasant to look at. It is very pleasant to walk around such a garden, you can take gorgeous photos with flowering plants. There is a local registry office on the ground floor of the palace, which is very symbolic and well thought out, because to tie the knot in such a quiet, cozy place, and even a palace - I think it's a pleasure. The museum's exposition is located on the second floor. The entrance to the museum costs 3.50 rubles / person, it seems, 6 rubles is an excursion for a group and 5 rubles per group will have to pay for shooting, 0.5 rubles are shoe covers. The prices, as we can see, are quite acceptable. I recommend you to visit!

Perhaps the place is really wonderful, but we were not given the opportunity to even take one normal photo. We were driving from Moscow, we decided to see the Palace, when we came to the gate it was open, there was a female guard standing next to it, who began to close it and say that it was already closed. We kindly asked her permission to take one photo together in front of the Palace, but were refused and the gate was closed in front of us. I think this is absolutely inhospitable and impolite, photographing would take a few seconds, but would leave pleasant emotions and gratitude to the security officer. But we were offered to take a photo over the fence...(I recommend being kinder and more responsive to your guests!

Prince Potemkin's Palace, visited in the summer of 2023. Very well maintained territory, greenery, flowers, benches. Empress Catherine ll. spent the night in the palace on her way to the Crimea. The building houses a museum and, in my opinion, a registry office. The palace is beautiful, light, built in the classical style

An interesting place for general development. We visited with my husband and children. We turned to the services of a guide, strolled through the rooms of the palace for a little more than an hour. We learned some facts from the life of the Galiyins and generally got acquainted with the history of Krichev

We stopped by the city of Krichev, decided to visit this place. Unknowingly, they approached the building about 10 minutes after closing. The gate was open, as soon as we decided to go in, a security officer appeared. We kindly asked her to enter the territory and take one general photo against the background of the palace. The answer was given in the sense that we can take photos behind the fence. Absolutely zero customer orientation.

It's a beautiful place. It is definitely worth taking a tour, as the exposition will not be able to convey much about the palace itself and the city of Krichev as a whole. But the guide will tell you who owned the palace after Grigory Alexandrovich Potemkin, how he got it, and also what was the fate of this place after the 1917 Revolution. Cards are not accepted yet, but there is a post office nearby where you can withdraw cash.

A decent exposition of the halls. The park of the palace is well-maintained, there are many beautiful green spaces, complemented by forged sculptural compositions. The employees are polite and friendly to the visitor. I recommend you to visit. By the way, those who cannot visit naturally can be viewed virtually on the website of the local blogger "Virtual Krichev".

We were on an excursion on November 4, 2023, the guides were busy and did not want to wait half an hour. We walked around the exposition on our own, to be honest, we were not impressed. But on this day, a ball was given in one of the halls. It was something. Ladies in beautiful dresses, gallant gentlemen. It was as if they had plunged into the old days. If such events were held more often, there would be no end of visitors.

The museum's exposition is average. I've been there twice. It all depends on the guide. The first time was interesting. The second one was so-so, the guide was shy and told little (why did he go twice? I was just traveling with a group that was there for the first time :)). However, when visiting Krichev, it is worth visiting the museum, as well as the chalk quarries.
