Credo Bank in Batumi is a good option for basic banking services. Advantages: convenient location of the branches, courteous staff working in English and Russian, as well as good conditions for cards and deposits. The mobile app is simple but functional. The disadvantages were not particularly noticed. If you need a simple and convenient bank, Credo Bank is suitable.

I recommend this bank to those who need a card for money transfers abroad, payment for purchases, especially if you partially live in the Russian Federation. Registration of 60 lari, monthly maintenance of 1.5 lari, free cash withdrawal at ATMs (although most of them did not work in Batumi)). A fairly simple application, with the possibility of using it in Russian. The account opening time is 3-5 business days. Compared to other banks, the conditions are very loyal to the citizens of our superpower!)

Queues, employees can't help even with a simple request, you sit waiting, you don't get what you wanted... ATMs, computer programs, and so on often don't work. I've already had this happen 2 times that they couldn't give me a simple bank statement, and I only found out about it 1.5 hours later.

It's very crowded, Al.the queue goes this way and that, the workers are not particularly competent (they just let us down, misleading us because of incompetence), the issue was resolved in 30-40min in Tbilisi, and here they said that we would do everything, but in fact they did not help, but only, relying on their assurances, got to an unplanned arrival day. I don't recommend it.

The girl in the 16 window works disgustingly! It didn 't help to install the pincode , which is why the card was blocked when I informed her about the problem, she started freaking out and swearing. I asked her to help me unlock the card, she informed me that the program was not working. Obviously, she just didn 't want to help . The department itself is quite clean, although there is almost nowhere to sit and the queue is always at least an hour and a half. I issued a card from them. They did it quite quickly and without questions, they only needed a foreign passport, a Georgian number and an address in Georgia. But the bank itself is terrible. He performs operations on average in three to four days, sometimes twice. They can withdraw in one currency, return the next day in another and withdraw again in a third. If some purchase was canceled (for example, food delivery), the money will be returned to you God willing in a week. Unistream and the golden crown are not working. Theoretically, there is an opportunity to transfer money to the card, but it has never worked out in a month, you need to go to the bank, where they will already write it to your card. The application very often does not open or does not load the balance. I do not recommend the bank at all, come here only if they refused in all other places. By the way, they have only one card and it costs 60 lari per year. (I wrote a review at the end of 2022, but then it was rejected)

Terrible service, I've been trying to get a check-out for 3 days. On the second day, I arrived 2 hours before closing time, they told me it was late, they wouldn't have time to do anything (I just wanted to get a certificate, not to do it!) On the third day, I was already waiting and shouting for someone to come up, no one cares, especially the 3 girls who are sitting near the entrance, yelling, not working, laughing and looking serious only in front of their superiors! There are better banks in Mexico, at least they say hello and there is less dirt.

Your ATM gave me an old one, I went over to ask for a number that would be accepted in the window, they told me to come over and ask like this. I waited until the customer was served and came over, they told me we don't accept without a number, although initially I was also surprised how it was possible without a number, but that's okay I went to ask for a number, they ignored me twice and gave me away 3 times on nerves. Then there's the queue again, waiting, and.... There is no new dollar. As a result, another bank, of which I am not a client, solved my problem. They deserved it

Terrible bank and service. The girl wrote correctly in the last review, here you can really grow old waiting for you to be called on a ticket. The bank's employees do not want to work. They just sit and chat on their mobile phone. After only 20 minutes, they were invited to receive money on a coupon, although it does not take much time. There was no one in the queue in front of us! If you choose which bank to open an account with, I do not recommend this one! There are always some problems with transfers in the application, and there are long queues at the bank and employees do not want to work!

I'm shooting a star for the app. It has an option to "accept the transfer", which in fact does not work and comes to go to the branch, receive the transfer through the cashier.

If you are going to open an account, the average waiting time in the evening is from 30-40 minutes. You need cash to pay for account opening services, and the bank's ATM may not work. So keep that in mind. You can communicate with employees in Russian and English.
