How can it be evaluated? The wall was erected to protect the city from chlorine leakage, restoration was not done, but decorated with lights, which is very beautiful in the dark. It really reminds many of the Kremlin Wall

I did not expect to see this in Kostanay.
In general, it seems that the whole city is obsessed with fortresses and castles. I was there once, the only thing I remember is a large number of towers, shopping centers in the form of castles and private houses in the same style.

Indeed, the outer wall of the city water canal looks like the Kremlin wall in winter and it is decorated with garlands and looks elegant
