We spent three wonderful months at the Kremlin Residence and were absolutely delighted! The complex is cozy, well–maintained, very quiet and safe, and most importantly - just a few minutes from the sea. Konyaalti embankment is a special pleasure.: modern walking areas, exercise equipment, playgrounds, convenient access to the sea, everything is made for a comfortable stay. There are many shops and cafes around, there is a Matryoshka Park, and there are also a lot of Russian-speaking neighbors, which creates a sense of comfort and a friendly atmosphere. I would also like to mention the area itself – there are modern, expensive, respectable residential complexes around, but at the same time it turned out to be much more affordable to live in the Kremlin Residence, which makes it an excellent choice! It is very pleasant to realize that you are in a prestigious location, enjoying a high level of comfort at a reasonable price. Everything is nearby, everything is convenient, everything works – the manager strictly keeps order, and thanks to this, the complex is clean, cozy and safe. We had an incredibly good time here, and if we decide to live by the sea again, then only here! ☀️🌴💙
