Two weeks ago, we bought a Liya cake in the main building of the Pretzel at 115 Abaya Street, and we came home looking forward to a delicious tea party... but that wasn't it… From the first slice of the cake, it became clear that we would not have to finish it(((All members of our family began to come across large "stone" pieces from the peel of the almond shavings that were sprinkled on the cake🤦🏼♀️ Unfortunately, I was the least lucky of all, as this "stone" piece got on my tooth.… Part of the tooth flew off immediately, leaving no chance to somehow prevent this incident.🤯🤯🤯 It was impossible to delay, as a result, the tooth repair cost a tidy sum.💸 Having written to the support chat about the current situation, I did not receive any "support", respectively. They wrote: "Your complaint has been forwarded to the quality department.You will be contacted." This ended the dialogue. To this day, there is no response or greeting from the quality department. Of course, I did not expect such an attitude towards clients with their turnover and capabilities ((( Most likely, there is no "quality department" IN the PRETZEL, THEY WROTE FOR PATHOS((( and everyone pays for their mistakes themselves( Therefore, in any unforeseen situation related to this pastry shop, alas, count only on yourself.
