продавец может и умный и начитанный в своей сфере! но не надо с клиентами разговаривать с высока и умничать какой он умный и все знает! в чем сложность продать обычный дюбель по бетону или универсальный !!! либо предложи что покупателю подойдет . в итоге отправил к стенду с крепежом , выбирайте сами . приехал в другой магазин с легкость предложили что есть и что подойдет !
