A fairly new hotel. There are many rooms. There is an online booking. The hostesses speak Russian well. They are pleasant and friendly. There were no problems with the check-in. They answered all questions politely and wanted to help. Payment in cash in tenge. The room on the second floor of the standard category is small, but sufficient for an overnight stay (we were with our son). There is a minimum set of necessary things. The beds are comfortable. TV, mini fridge, air conditioning. The windows overlooked the courtyard. It was very quiet, although the audibility between the rooms is high, especially in the bathroom. Every word is distinguishable. We lived twice. I got the same number. The first time, everything was fine. The room was clean and ready to move in, but for the second time, as if it had been forgotten to clean after the guests. I had to wait until they were ready. There is a restaurant with a bar on the ground floor. You can eat on the menu. Overall, not bad. Breakfasts are held right there. A meager minimum buffet set. Large Parking for cars. It is convenient for those traveling by car. As well as the location, it is convenient for those who are passing through to spend the night, but not for those who want to stay and walk around the city. The hotel is far from the center. There is nothing interesting around. Result. It is a worthy choice for guests or tourists on their own car. PS: when relaxing in the evening in a restaurant, do not communicate with a well-intentioned "friend" or "brother" who has hooked up with you. It can end unpleasantly.
