A fairly new hotel. There are many rooms. There is an online booking. The hostesses speak Russian well. They are pleasant and friendly. There were no problems with the check-in. They answered all questions politely and wanted to help. Payment in cash in tenge. The room on the second floor of the standard category is small, but sufficient for an overnight stay (we were with our son). There is a minimum set of necessary things. The beds are comfortable. TV, mini fridge, air conditioning. The windows overlooked the courtyard. It was very quiet, although the audibility between the rooms is high, especially in the bathroom. Every word is distinguishable. We lived twice. I got the same number. The first time, everything was fine. The room was clean and ready to move in, but for the second time, as if it had been forgotten to clean after the guests. I had to wait until they were ready. There is a restaurant with a bar on the ground floor. You can eat on the menu. Overall, not bad. Breakfasts are held right there. A meager minimum buffet set. Large Parking for cars. It is convenient for those traveling by car. As well as the location, it is convenient for those who are passing through to spend the night, but not for those who want to stay and walk around the city. The hotel is far from the center. There is nothing interesting around. Result. It is a worthy choice for guests or tourists on their own car. PS: when relaxing in the evening in a restaurant, do not communicate with a well-intentioned "friend" or "brother" who has hooked up with you. It can end unpleasantly.

It's a new hotel and you can see that the renovation is new, that's all the advantages. We stopped by as a family for one night. There is no crib, there is no normal table in the room to sit down with a laptop to work, the faucet in the shower is gushing in all directions, although it simply needs to be adjusted there. And the staff doesn't care about this, as well as many other things. We booked by phone and said that there would be 4 of us, as a result, sets of towels and shower accessories were in the room for one, although I emphasized this over the phone. Breakfast started at 7 a.m., but when we arrived at 7, there was still no porridge or omelette. I stayed in 3 hotels in Aktobe, this is the worst so far. I'm unlikely to return there again.

A bad hotel. The floors smell of food. The room smelled like fried omelette, I changed the room, nothing changed. The toilet smells like a fan pipe.
