Balakrishna Temple is a beautiful temple dedicated to the cult of Balakrishna. It was built in 1513 by the Vijayanagara ruler Krishnadevaraja after a successful campaign in Orissa. Unfortunately, it has only partially survived to this day. Small, but very beautiful and picturesque, impressive stone carvings and bas-reliefs!
