After installing the ceiling, the electricity in the adjacent room was lost. The "specialists" arrived, made a working appearance and left, after which the company's lawyer called with the message: "it's your own fault, you signed the contract." I wrote asking the director to answer me, but I did not receive an answer. I am sure that I am not the first and not the last to contact support, where I was transferred to the quality department (knowing about my problem). Under the posts on Instagram, where the director urges to ask questions, he wrote about the current situation - there is no answer. Disgusting attitude towards customers.

A month later, they answered me (the answer is from the category: you are to blame and so on, the lawyer called again with the words "you are to blame"). Guys, ordinary people like me - I do not advise contacting this company under any circumstances! It's the end of next year, I've done everything myself. Believe me, the main thing for them is to take the money and it doesn't matter how to do it.
