We placed an order on the website on 8.11 (after 15.00) at a store convenient for us in Donetsk, since the product was defective in the store where we were and we were advised to place an order online so as not to roll and not search. The next day, on 9.11, no one called us, we arrived at our store around 14.00, the goods did not arrive, they said they would bring them today and would call before 18.00. It's already 5:30 p.m. but no one has called( I would never have written this review if you hadn't upset my child, he waited all day!! It's not pleasant, although I've always liked the store. Why write one thing on the site instead of doing it?
