As a result, no one answered me on the day of delivery, the photo was not dropped, but bouquets arrived that were completely different in style, filled mainly with cheap carnations and chrysanthemums, with a green hydrangea for 130 rubles at most. My claims on Instagram are completely ignored, the owner of the salon apparently does not care what her florists do and give it to her for delivery. Moreover, after 2 days I had to disassemble the bouquet, because the roses began to rot, and after disassembling it, it turned out that the chrysanthemums were rotten. Apparently, this review will also be ignored and you will have to contact the consumer protection Society. A real money scam and the lack of any kind of service and feedback. The first video is an expectation, then the reality from this stall. Well, the remnants of luxury after 2 days, pay attention to the roses. They've ruined Mother's Day, and they're ignoring it instead of fixing the situation.

During the correspondence, after the bouquet was chosen by me, 1.5 hours before the end of working hours, I simply stopped responding in the messenger. The next day, more than 1.5 hours after the start of the store, I was told that they were ready to deliver the bouquet to the addressee, As they say, thank you, no longer necessary. I made an order, paid, accepted, agreed on the time until 18, and as a result, they ignored me all day reading messages at the same time. At 20.55 it was reported that all the bouquets had left and would be delivered soon. And at 22.00 they called with the words "the girls from another store told me that they forgot to send you a bouquet. Can you take it tomorrow?" That's the level of service! My anger is not there, they ruined the whole holiday, they did not apologize for ignoring and spoiling the holiday. I do not advise ordering delivery from them on holidays and I will continue to avoid it!
