But there are no dishes in the cottage, so if you want to have a picnic, it's better to take it with you or you'll have to ask at the restaurant. It's better to plan ahead with a taxi back. If you go for a walk, it's relatively expensive to get back to the base) and go back uphill

We rented a deluxe room for 1 day, a nice room, a view of the Charvak reservoir, delicious breakfasts, a large selection of dishes, fragrant coffee, the staff is not always competent, maybe because the beginning of the season, in principle, everyone is polite. But, I took 2 stars, because I think the cost is too high, the SPA services are for an additional fee. In other hotels, SPA services are included in the room rate, all other things being equal.

This is the 3rd time we have visited this hotel. They are always very friendly guys, they appoint their own butler, who is in touch with you, through him you can solve all the issues that arise.
All the times we lived in the main building with a view of Charvak. It's just a top-of-the-line look! Large rooms with a balcony, provide towels for the pool. 2 pools, one of them was used for swimming, cool and clean water.
The restaurant serves delicious food, everything is warm and with a beautiful view of the surroundings.
We will definitely come back!

It's a great place, we spent 4 days in a 10-bed house, but one room with one bed and no air conditioning, can not be considered a room. and so everything is fine, clean, always cleaned, the linen is clean, it smells delicious, disposable slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste too 👍 the breakfasts are delicious, there is enough for every taste, you will not stay hungry. 😉 the staff are all responsive, hospitable 👍 I recommend it!

A wonderful recreation area for a quiet family holiday , two small pools , there were no rooms. Comfortable gazebos for large companies , as well as sofas and tables .The kitchen is delicious, the prices are slightly above average, but by renting a gazebo, you can take something with you.

A nice place to relax. There are a lot of trees, plenty of oxygen. The rooms are clean and new. The pool and the view from it are gorgeous. Each house has its own mini pool, and there are already two large communal pools. I don't know the prices, I was there at the team building.

Taking a room with a view of Charvak was the best solution! The room is stylish and beautiful, the views are amazing. The area is very pleasant, but there is not much to do.
When we checked in, there was no light for 4 hours. No one apologized or offered compensation.
It's noisy outside the construction site. But you can't hear in the rooms, if not the cottage.
The playground is very tired and unsafe. We drew the attention of the staff-there was zero reaction.
The "winter" site is closed and it has not been offered to open. And we chose the hotel, just so that the child would have a place to play.
The claimed hammock is broken, it has been removed.
The staff is not friendly. They swear in front of guests. Room cleaning is available on request.
And the hot water from the shower flows in a thin trickle.
The breakfast is not bad, but there are no juices and instant coffee.
The price and quality do not match. They did it beautifully, but it didn't work out to maintain the level:(

The territory of the hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are like in dormitories, the check-in was with children, mattresses were thrown on the floor (here are the extra seats for which we paid separately) the average of 5 points for 3.5 meals, the pool was not heated, the children were not comfortable! The football field is not prepared for games, the children come out dirty from there.
When looking for a hotel, the first priority was the gym, you can say there is no gym here, there is one exercise bike and a pull-up stand, and there is also a tennis table that will interfere with you

For the amount that we pay, I think it would be reasonable to count breakfast for all guests, and not like that (who managed to eat it), I had to eat bread with sausage (which actually could have been eaten at home) and not go to the restaurant, pay attention to your staff, the condition of the cottages, but first of all, the kitchen and the service, you have zero. It was the first time, and we definitely won't go a second time. We had a guest from Qatar with us, we thought we would surprise her by inviting her there, but unfortunately both she and we are disappointed. Very sorry. Although you have beautiful views. But we pay a lot of money for the SERVICE, you can look at the mountains and swim in the pool for 300 thousand.

There are many disadvantages.
There is no entertainment program. There was no animation. The playground is very sad, my children refused to play there (the room is dark, not cozy, shabby) For the fight of dishes 100t. one glass!!! And this is not written anywhere in the menu. So these glasses were also included in the total bill with a 20% service charge.
The rooms are small. The food is expensive. There are not enough towels. Towels are provided for the pool for two days! otherwise, you will have to wait until the washed ones dry after the previous guests have been evicted. There are not enough sun loungers and umbrellas. Two umbrellas for one pool and two umbrellas for the entire terrace.
There is no entertainment program. On the first day after checking in, we came to the restaurant with the children for lunch, decided to sit inside, where there is air conditioning (it's still SUMMER outside). We were told that the seats were all booked! Although all the tables were empty, which I pointed out to the staff, but they replied to me, "that the guests who arrived a day earlier than us had booked these places for lunch in the air-conditioned hall and we cannot refuse them." How do you even understand this, but are we not guests?!
In general, the price of this hotel is too high. There are other hotels with the best service, and with the best territory at the same price.

Then why write such a gorgeous menu if most of it is not there! The price for the rooms is LARGE, breakfast is included, but the coffee is instant!I asked for Americano- it's already paid, I asked for ice cappuccino- balanda in a wine glass. What do you guys charge that kind of money for? For the view of Charvak from the pool? Pull yourself up! A lot of vacationers complained about this particular part of your hotel. However, I was very pleased. We lived in a new three-storey building right in front of the pool. On the upper floors overlooking the Chovrak reservoir. Very spacious room, very nice view, comfortable beds (slightly hard), lovely shower.
Very courteous staff, helpful, friendly. There is everything on the territory and even more than necessary.
A delicious restaurant, a more or less adequate breakfast, although it could have been made a little tastier and more varied. The autumn restaurant is decent, the food is good.
The only thing is that for such money (and still for ~ 12,000 rubles a day, breakfasts could be made more interesting, and it is also too expensive in this place.
From entertainment, you can go to the reservoir 15,000 soums per person for admission to a good beach.
The pool on the territory is cold, as the area is still mountainous, but an incredibly beautiful place.
