An ideal location in the heart of Cancun. The best beach and at the same time almost the only one covered from large waves by a breakwater. Those with children have no options only on this beach. Room prices are the most affordable among neighboring hotels with a similar location, such as Hyatt or Fiesta Americana. There is free parking. There is an all inclusive and only breakfast, any options. The food is generally not bad, for example, the rooms are small, and of course it's time for the hotel to make repairs. However, there is also their new Krystal Altitude building, where the kitchen and especially the rooms are much better than in the old building. But the price is 2 times higher. The staff is friendly, and for a small tip of 30-80 pesos, the friendliness is generally off the scale.

We had a rest at the hotel in January 2020! There are two impressions left! Of the advantages : Good Internet, the best location on the spit, excellent clean beach, minimum waves! The whole nightlife is at hand, coco bongo is within walking distance! The hotel is cleaned well and clean! Of the advantages, everything is now about the bad: the audibility is so terrible that almost everything can be heard, conversations from neighboring rooms, slamming doors! Plumbing leaves much to be desired! The food is without frills, just rice and potatoes, there is no seafood at all! Low-quality alcohol, small territory, no animation at all! A very weak 4k !!!
