Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely nerve-wracking. 1️⃣ Bath (Betta) We ordered an expensive Betta bathtub. When lifting and unpacking, damage was immediately detected. The delivery guys immediately began to claim that we had just damaged it, although the tub did not fall anywhere and they did not leave us. In the end, the bathroom was exchanged, but it took nerves and time - instead of normal service, I had to prove the obvious. 2️⃣ Shadow profile and stubs We bought a shadow profile with backlight from them. They gave us plugs without explaining that they had dozens of types of profiles and plugs that differed by a millimeter. As a result, the plugs do not fit, it is impossible to insert them normally. Without the plugs, the shadow seam looks bad: the entire LED strip is visible, it shines too brightly and inaccurately. 3️⃣ Communication and service It's almost impossible to get through to the manager: – he doesn't answer Telegram , – he doesn't answer the phone, – a simple question lasts for 3-4 days. At the moment, I have received only stress from working with this company, and not a sense of service in the segment of expensive goods. Recommendation: think about it a few times before contacting us. If you do order here, check every item upon receipt down to the smallest detail and be prepared that any issues will be resolved for a long time and with difficulty.
