Магазин неоднократно расширялся, причем серьезно - строили и вводили в эксплуатацию новые корпуса. Периодически проводят акции, о чем уведомляют через sms-уведомления. Персонал довольно приветливый и внимательный. Единственный минус - расположение в городе, с некоторых районов города реально далеко расположен. Как вариант решения проблемы - оформление заказов через Интернет. Однако, есть вопросы к доставке. Пару раз делали покупки офлайн именно с доставкой. Так вот товар доставляют не в первый день, и даже не на второй или третий, а... Спустя НЕДЕЛЮ! Огромный минус к репутации.

+ Большой хороший магазин с огромным выбором всего, чисто-продуманно, всё как надо и отлично (на первый взгляд).
- безумно дорогая колеровка краски. Космически дорогая. Раза в 2-3 дороже, чем везде.
- заколеровали так, что хоть выкидывай 45 кг дорогой краски: наплюхали красителя в 3 раза больше, чем надо, тк перепутали количество ведер (надо было 3 ведра) с кратностью дозы колера при колеровке. Вариант исправить за свой счет даже не предложили. Мне и горе-колеровщикам повезло, что краску я буду докупать позже в большом количестве и могу разбавить самостоятельно до нужного цвета.
Еще была путаница с цветами: днем ранее другой специалист утверждал, что заколеровать в выбранный цвет (coelin 75 caparol) можно. Горе-колеровщик в день покупки утверждал, что нельзя и пришлось брать на пару тонов светлее coelin 85. С трехкратной дозой красителя получилось еще насыщеннее, чем coelin 75. Буду разбавлять, а что остается.
В итоге, пришлось купить 5 ведер краски вместо 3. 1.5-2 ведра заколерованной краски оставлю на будущее, сейчас придется самостоятельно смешивать 1 ведро заколерованной с 2мя неколерованными, чтобы получить нужный цвет. Вот такая компьютерная колеровка, высший класс!!!
Хорошо хоть избыток колера не пришлось оплачивать.
