There are no complaints about the service, we were casual witnesses of an altercation between an adult and an experienced partner with a younger one (I also think the name is Nastya). I have not even heard such obscenities and insults among brutal men. I wanted to call the police. The management should review the personnel policy, after all, it is quite unpleasant for clients to listen to such rudeness.
