1)The chip of contacts on dsg was broken off by the root, only pins remained, not only "mom" but also "dad" were broken. They hadn't climbed there since the factory itself, until they got to this service station.
2) In some places, the bolts were not factory bolted at all, but it is unclear which ones.
3) Bent the metal plate of the automatic transmission and engine connection using crowbars when removing the flywheel. And what to remove the plate so as not to bend it in any way?
4) They beat my handout with a hammer, why did they hit it? And put a piece of wood on what and beat through it?
5) The motorist screwed the automatic transmission cushion in the hanging state, and then removed the jack and clamped it in free weight. Says the motorist, "I always do that." According to ELSA and drive, it is written that it is hung with a box and a pillow is placed in parallel with the frame. But no, he knows the best way and put it on the oblique.
6) The next day after leaving the service, there were noises in the suspension, the steering wheel was knocking. As a result, I had to squeeze all the bolts of the stretcher. Tighten the stabilizer bushings. So much hemorrhoids from such a service, it's just terrible. Rearrange the pillow.
There is no feedback at all, you need to call yourself to find out everything and get answers. They do not see their joints, ignore them and do not recognize them. If I hadn't been there sometimes, maybe I wouldn't have noticed something, but it's unlikely. I had to get into the suspension anyway. The timing is also full, the master can come in the morning, or maybe after lunch. If you're lucky) The trip was planned, we agreed for one period, but the repair was delayed.
