Alexey quickly solves unexpected problems, you can always get in touch with him if necessary, drives around the island for a review in his car and tells you where, what and how. The hotel needs a bit of cosmetic repairs and some renovation of furniture, but all this can be solved. The hotel is located opposite the Macro supermarket, 2 km away is a shopping complex with Tesco Lotus and other shops, along the road and in the area there are plenty of fruit stalls, exchangers, 7/11, pharmacies and you can even buy pet food. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, however, you will have to walk a small part of the way along a steep slope of 45 degrees. It was nice to spend time in this place. I had a rest, like at a country house with good friends!
