Absolutely unacceptable manner of talk of night manager!!! Awful! He didn’t explain any rules of promotion. “Breakfast for group pay 2190 instead 2490 for 10 people”, I told that I will bring more guests but not sure 16 or 17, and I will pay when everyone comes. But accidentally special price only for group of 10, not 16, so we have to pay regular price. when I asked why he didn’t inform me, he closed his ears with hands and told me “I don’t listen to you” Amazing customer service!!!!!!! Additional: dirty hairy floor in the room

I stayed at this hotel in 2016.☺️ We went with my wife for a month I liked the hotel, great pool, sauna,gym☺️ The village was delicious and varied at breakfast👍 The accessibility is on foot, but we rented a bike, parking at the hotel was free

We are currently living in this beautiful hotel. I recommend it to everyone! A hotel where you don't have to go anywhere. A good swimming pool, a normal sauna, you can pour water on the heater, a normal gym, billiards, a mini golf. It's just the thing for adaptation. Interior lovers and probably people who did the renovation and tiling will check out the local renovation, it's fabulous. Well, or the designer was smoking something. The hotel is very cozy and sincere, we leave it with a pleasant feeling.

The location of the hotel is not very clear, when the taxi was taking you from the airport, it took a very long time to wind through the alleys, when two taxis left they could not find the address and were canceled, but 10 minutes to central Pattaya and another 15-20 minutes to the embankment. The hotel itself is super, worth the money

The apartment is a hotel that turned out to be better than expected. I liked everything inside. Outside? The building is located in the center of Pattaya - densely built up, there is no greenery, active traffic in all directions.
