the LCD is one of the first, the location is good, but the entrance itself is old. Definitely, repairs are needed in the entrance and in the elevator. The apartments are nice, spacious, the view from the window is gorgeous

Three high-rise buildings on a hill. They are located at the intersection of busy streets, which makes it impossible to open windows. Very noisy.there is almost no audibility inside the apartment. I can't say about the reliability of the building. A lot of people do redevelopment in apartments. There are cracks in the walls in the entrances, on the balconies of the upper floors
