The best restaurant in Belarus, where you can taste dishes of national cuisine. Perfect cooking and serving. Very fast service. Soups, salads, and snacks are delicious, and I will separately note the self-made liqueurs. I really liked tartar. We managed to get here without an appointment, but it seems just lucky. I recommend booking a table in advance. By the way, prices are not much more expensive than simpler establishments. In general, if you want to try real Belarusian food, then you are definitely here.

Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал, подсказали покушать очень вкусные блюда, время ожидания вполне нормальное для ресторана где готовят еду, а не разогревают. Интерьер просто замечательный, самобытный, чисто и очень уютно! Выбор блюд просто огромный и радует что есть что попробовать впервые!!! Выбор напитков тоже очень большой, в частности впервые в жизни попробовал настойку боровиковку (самогон очень качественный настоенный на сушеных грибах боровиках). Цены - вполне себе демократичные. Очень довольны с женой что побывали там. Всем кто впервые в Минске или раньше не был в этом ресторане - крайне рекомендую!!!
P.S. Мы были в субботу вечером и за пианино играл молодой парень. Приятно послушать живую музыку!!!
P.S.S. рекомендую тем кто туда собирается заранее бронировать столик, посетителей много и я так понял нам случайно удалось так провести время.

We entered this restaurant by chance, at the entrance the girl checked the reservations and said that there was a free table. We decided to stay and not go any further.
We ordered it- Pechisto Litvinski with fried potatoes and mushrooms (husband), I ordered the same thing, only instead of potatoes there were grilled vegetables on the menu. We also ordered beetroot salad with homemade cheese and my husband ordered sandwiches with forshmak. Tinctures were not ordered)) although we saw that they were successful in the hall. We ordered berry juice.
I liked the salad and the taste, and the serving, and everything in it came together. Sandwiches with forshmak are also 5 stars, but I did not appreciate the hot one at all. The grilled vegetables on the menu were soooooo not grilled at all, the tomato was glass, the mushrooms were too salty ((( pepper wow, although, as I wrote, not a grill....
People came and there were a lot of positive reviews, apparently we were just unlucky a few. The waiters are attentive, orders are not confused, as they should be in decent restaurants, they ask what they liked and what they didn't.)
