I've been wanting to visit this cafe for a long time, I really liked it!! The interior is pleasant, it is interesting to look at objects, the music is perceived ambiguously but fits the atmosphere well. The service of the guests is courteous and welcoming. I wanted to try the national cuisine for food. Expectations were met: I really liked the black pudding with vegetable sauce. The sausage is served right drowning in the most delicate puree-like sauce, which successfully sets off the taste of the sausage, adding sophistication to it. The Grand Budapest cake also made an impression, it is gorgeous in its set of ingredients. The zeppelins seemed a little dry, but the minced meat sandwiches were very good, mustard and pickled onions add piquancy to the snack.
It was nice that on my birthday I was given a compliment in the form of an amazing curd pie. I was all the more pleased with the coincidence that I really like cottage cheese and blueberries.

Today we finally visited the Cookmaster. we have long dreamed of tasting dishes of national cuisine, draniki and machanka. The reality turned out to be much better than expected. We are absolutely delighted with the restaurant's cuisine and service. I recommend visiting this restaurant to all guests of Minsk!

A wonderful place with amazing cuisine! I don't know where to start my review with the kitchen or tinctures? Let's go from the kitchen, perhaps the best draniki that I tried in Minsk! This combination of taste and texture of the dish is impressive, but sauces and toppings take it to a completely different level, literally to goosebumps! Thanks to the cook for that! As for tinctures: this is great, this is where I tried the crambambula, and it's very tasty, perhaps I recommend tasting sets and not just shots, 30 grams in a set is more pleasant to drink than 50 in a shot. Special thanks for the shitty one! Horseradish is a liquid jelly that warms you from the inside and fills you with a strong taste of horseradish. Summing up: this institution left a warm, pleasant feeling of home cooking, a lot of things reminded the dishes of grandma, mom, drinks reminded grandpa and dad. Thank you for the pleasant emotions of this place!

My family and I have been to this restaurant twice and once ordered delivery to the hotel. The staff is very polite and sociable. Cozy interior.The food is very tasty, I liked dishes such as dumplings with potatoes, pike cutlets with mashed potatoes, and there was also delicious hot chocolate. The restaurant has its own concept, which is very pleasing. It seems to me that this is one of the coolest restaurants in Minsk)). The prices are reasonable.In general, we were satisfied!!. A must-visit if you come to Minsk! Atmospheric and cozy. Borscht and solyanka are just a bomb, and "Vileiskie sorcerers" is just an incredibly delicious dish, I recommend everyone to try it! The only thing is a small selection of soft drinks - 2 types of kvass and mors (But in general I put 5 stars, and if I'm here again, I'll try something else!

Guys, this is fat fat! I've been there 2 times. I ate too much and could barely walk afterwards. I think everything is delicious there! I recommend soups with soups and a meat plate with rich lard and sausages. By the way, lard is the most delicious thing I've tasted in Minsk. We were in Minsk for 3 days. We looked at popular food places with a national flavor on the Internet. There were a lot of positive reviews about this institution. We stopped for lunch. The impression is depressing. Old shabby interiors, sticky floors in the toilet, it looks like dirt. The dishes and the serving are ordinary, like in a cheap eatery. We won't go a second time for any money.

This was our 1st institution, which we visited upon arrival in Minsk and were very satisfied!
We put 5 on all points!
The dumplings are so delicious that I wanted to take more with me to Moscow)
Porcini mushroom soup is just love❤
The staff is very polite, so negative reviews are unclear😕
We booked in advance, because we assumed that there could be a full landing (it was in the summer) and a safety net
No one asked for an advance payment and they were not rude, even though we were a little late, because for the first time in Minsk
I definitely recommend it!

We expected more after reading the reviews. The menu is decent, the staff is polite. We ordered a salad with beetroot and homemade cheese, beetroot and cheese are excellent, but lettuce leaves with sand, not washed. The hodgepodge is thin, but the borscht was delicious. A duck leg with apples in the duck part can be praised, apples with cherries are very sweet and with a lot of fragments of spices that are put during cooking: cloves, coriander, some other woody inclusions. Apple kvass and assorted liqueurs are excellent.

Определенно лучший ресторан, который мы нашли в центре Минска!
Всё, что пробовали - очень вкусно!
Меню насыщенное, готовят из свежих и вкусных продуктов!
Попробовали:
Салат шляхетский - понравится любителям Цезаря. Соус очень вкусный, нежный.
Салат из свёклы с домашним сыром - сделан из простых продуктов, но хочется есть его снова и снова, вероятно, свекла как-то замаринована, сладкая, приятная.
Сельдь по Радзивилловски - солененькая, вкусная - как надо, подаётся с горячим картофелем.
Тартар из говядины - сделан из сведавшееся мяса, даже забываешь, что оно сырое - потрясающе!
Меренговый рулет - мягкий и воздушный, вкусно, но не для любителей похрустеть безе.
Хворост - свежий, готовят по заказу, приносят теплый, хорошо просушен, масло не стекает, варенье вкусное. Если не доедите, возьмите с собой - на следующий день тоже вкусно)
И не забудьте попробовать домашние настойки!
Ну и вишенка летнего меню - ДРАНБУРГЕР!
Бергер с говяжьей котлетой, вкуснейшим домашним соусом и потрясающими дранниками вместо булочек!
Помимо вкусной еды, в ресторане стоит отметить очень приветливую и дружелюбную команду официантов!
Очень советуем, обязательно зайдём ещё, когда приедем в Минск!
