We made it) The food was brought quickly, the service was pleasant, prompt, no complaints. But the food is the most ordinary, and it's not worth the money that they charge for it here!
There is a knight's hall, and a separate office, people arrange banquets here. Belarusian pleasant soft music. The interior is nice, but, in my opinion, a little heavy. So, if you are not a fan of HYPE and do not seek to join the cohort of celebrities who have visited this place, then it is better to go somewhere else, for example, next to a wonderful restaurant in the President Hotel, or, for example, to Your Own, it is delicious there)

The restaurant fully met my expectations. We spent a wonderful evening with friends on the occasion of my birthday. Everything here is at the highest level, starting with the wardrobe. Delicious, satisfying, cozy, beautiful, sincere. I thank Alexander, who serves our table, for his high professionalism. A pleasant bonus was the music performed by the pianist. I'm sure I'll come here again!

Кушал тут с семьей 21.07.23. Все супер: прекрасное обслуживание, вкусная еда, полноценные порции. Очень приятные настойки. Небольший момент: отсутствие детского меню с простыми блюдами типа нагетсов, картошки и т.д. Себе и ребенку заказали одинаковую котлету. Как по мне - просто божественно. Ребенку вкус показался слишком сложным. Ну и порция для ребенка неподъемная. Впрочем назвать это недостатком нельзя, поэтому 5 из 5 однозначно!

Отличный ресторан с внимательным обслуживанием и по-настоящему вкусной едой. Интересная идея - сеты блюд и напитков для знакомства с национальной кухней. Потрясающая кровянка - вкуснее я не пробовала; неплохие настойки, особенно весенняя на боровиках - абсолютный восторг; квас лучший в моей жизни.) в ожидании основных блюд приносят комплемент от заведения - мелочь, а приятно. В общем, один из лучших ресторанов Минска с местным колоритом. Туристам обязателен к посещению, на мой взгляд.)

Небольшой ресторанчик в деревенско- охотничьем стиле. Есть летняя терраса. Меню не большое, в основном с национальными популярными блюдами и закусками. Напитки на любой вкус+ настойки по собственной рецептуре.
Все вкусно и очень сытно. Порции большие, аппетитная подача.
Приятный, приветливый, помогающий персонал.
Уровень цен по меню - выше среднего.

We came to this place based on reviews and ratings, but we were very disappointed:
1. The hospitality is weak. We came on Mon, the queue, the rain. We were not greeted, we were not offered to hide from the rain, we had to catch the waiters ourselves, as it turned out there were places inside. The hostess does not do her job from the word at all.
2. Waiting for the dishes. There was a tight landing, the dishes were waiting for an hour and a half, and we were not warned about this in advance.
3. The cost. It turned out 4 thousand Russian rubles for 2 dishes, where potatoes prevail.

Прекрасное место, отлично приготовленные блюда национальной кухни. Удобно что есть сеты блюд , можно попробовать много всего. Учитывайте при заказе, что порции действительно большие и блюда сытные. Настойки прелесть. Работа официанта вне всяких похвал, давно такой работы не встречали, знают и любят свое дело. Большие молодцы , держите все на том же уровне и клиентов у вас будет всегда столько же, как и сейчас.

There is a very diverse cuisine, especially in terms of potato dishes, which is not surprising, and also abounds in snacks suitable for stronger drinks, which are presented in a variety, in addition there are "ladies" drinks. Я - человек искушенный и привыкший к хорошему, дружелюбному, ненавязчивому сервису, к вкусной, качественной еде от поваров, которые действительно знАют своё дело. За 6 дней пребывания в этой замечательной стране и за 2 дня в Минске, я побывал в ресторанах выбирая только из мест с рейтингом выше 4,5*. Могу авторитетно заявить, что Кухмистр лучшее заведение с лучшим внимательнейшим сервисом в Белоруссии!!
Если вдруг будет когда-нибудь это читать администрация сего заведения, пожалуйста, отметьте официанта Вита, она - огромный молодец!!!

I also repeated, just in case, that we only want tincture 1 and that's it, but no, we never agreed. The photo shows exactly how "there are no places" looks in Natalia's eyes. The time of our visit is also visible. If Natalia always greets guests like this in the Kitchen, then it's sad - it was done for 2 minutes, the impression was spoiled for a long time…

Что сказать? В поисках Белорусской кухни зашли сюда. Недешево, брали много разнообразных блюд. Понравились из всего множества только сырники и вареники. Дети сказали, что я драники готовлю лучше - и я с этим согласна. Кухня в ресторане нам не очень понравилась... Есть заведения и вкуснее и лучше по обслуживанию и интерьеру. Кроме того, подачу горячих блюд ждали 1 час. При этом мне принесли салат, а дети смотрели на меня голодными глазами. Конечно, может мы уже избалованы хорошим сервисом, но от ресторана ожидаешь уровня повыше. Тем более, что его рекламируют активно гиды. Поэтому ресторан не рекомендую.
А ответ ресторана на мой отзыв шикарен))) вообще все ответы на отзывы с низкими оценками вызывают недоумение и прекрасно иллюстрируют отношение к гостям...

Понравилось, поели белорусской кухни, холодник, вареники, бульбяник, бутеры с крученным салом - все очень вкусно. Но есть пара но.
В дальнем зале очень душно, ну вот прямо невыносимо. Надо делать нормальную вентиляцию, раз подвал и окон нет.
Была живая музыка, да, у певицы голос очень хороший, приятно послушать. Но репертуар... смесь русского народного и совковой эстрады... Я понимаю, что здесь везде эксплуатируется тема совка. Но хоть бы Сябров каких-нибудь пели по-белорусски.
А так это мне напоминает рестораны для иностранцев-европейцев в Питере в доковидные времена: гармошка-балалайка-катюша. Вот только я не совсем иностранец, мне не зашло))))
