The cost of the kitchen at the time of the order was $ 3,500. The installation of the kitchen was carried out 47 days after the beginning of the agreement. Upon installation, defects in the operation of 3 cabinets were revealed (the doors did not close), which does not allow the furniture to be operated. The official representative of IP Shatko, having received information about the non-conformity of the product, did not consider it necessary to coordinate the issue with me and independently ordered the cabinets to be removed for revision, refusing to pay the penalty according to the contract. IP Shanko I.K. refused to negotiate at a convenient time for me, referring to the end of working hours.
