A beautiful historic building located in the old part of Tashkent, built over 450 years ago. As of August 1, 2025, the entrance fee is 5,000 UZS for Uzbek citizens and 15,000 UZS for foreign visitors (approximately €0.33 and €1.00, respectively). Exploring the interior and taking photos takes no more than 15–20 minutes, but it’s definitely worth it. Visitors have access to both the ground floor and the second floor.

An amazing architectural wonder, that stood the sands of time in the heart of fascinating Tashkent. A place that makes you travel back in time to the days of the Silk road. Lady Hanaa and me visited many times, we took many photos and I chatted with a gentleman who works there. Nowadays it's a Madrasa (School) that teaches Quran, and you can't go inside without a good reason, however you can take as many photos as you want. Please don't litter 🚯, use the trash bin 🗑️ always recycle plastic bottles, let's keep our mesmerizing Tashkent clean. Best wishes 🍀.

Very nice historic building. Entrance is 20.000 sum if you are tourist and 5000 sum if you are local. It is one of the most historic place in Tashkent. If you wanna understand the history of the town it is a nice place. Still standing after hundreds of years. There are also handcraft shops upstairs. The yard of the Madrasah is so cool. It is one of the must see attraction in Tashkent.
