This was a fine quick stop for a short refreshing smoothie while hanging out in Vitebsk. Unfortunately, the rum smoothie we wanted was not available, so had gluhwein instead, which was just fine tasting and warming.

Problems arose only with pizza, when it was served stuck to paper and it was impossible to eat pizza. To this remark, the waiter replied only "Well, yes, now we have such a paper." This moment spoiled the overall impression of the place, so only 4 stars...

Ice latte drink with raspberries is very tasty.

We had breakfast here (we lived in a hotel around the corner) and not only that. Delicious food, beautiful serving, large portions. Nice interior, lots of interesting details. For the idea of serving cheesecakes - special thanks, a good mood for the whole day is provided! The service is without complaints. I liked everything! We would love to take this cafe to our hometown, we would be frequent guests here.

A very nice place. The food is very high quality. I ordered brioche with salmon, cheesecakes, Americano coffee. Everything was just perfectly executed. The brioche was served with honey mustard sauce and poached egg. It is rare to find a sauce of this quality. Cheesecakes are a separate story. The pizza is thin, the filling is very tasty, pasta with mushrooms - a lot of mushrooms, cream too - everything is juicy and hot, there was also a salad with hummus, potatoes with brisket, fajita teriyaki and some kind of appetizer with salmon - everything was very pleasant. The price tag is tourist, but the location also obliges, and in combination with large portions it is not so noticeable.

A cozy cafe on one of the pedestrian streets in the city of Vitebsk.
On weekends, they open at 9 a.m., there is a breakfast menu that is valid until 12:30.
Of the cons:
1) it is not possible to book a table in advance.
2) a leisurely service. We waited for the menu for 7 minutes, watched how orders were taken at other tables and drinks were brought.
3) We also counted for a long time.
Of the advantages:
1) Good breakfasts, both dense and light.
2) Cheesecakes are incredible in consistency.

We went to a restaurant in Grodno several times (of a very decent level), breakfast there cost the same money as here, but the level, volume of the dish, quality is higher, plus restaurant service.
Perhaps the pricing policy is related to the demand for the institution, but for me it is too much even by the standards of tourist places, especially for Belarus.

A gorgeous place with an amazing name!
Cozy and lamp-like, where you will eat well and have a great time. Beautiful serving of food and drinks, pleasant and unobtrusive interior, warm atmosphere and fast service.
I wish the guys to develop and expand in the future! The only wish is a slightly larger assortment of hot dishes!
If you are in Vitebsk, a trip here is a prerequisite for a well-spent day / evening!

Уютное заведение с хорошим дизайном и вежливым, отзывчивым персоналом. Поставил бы пятерку, но, - как вяжется аутентичный витебский дизайн в стиле шагаловской эпохи и название "Кукуха" с меню юго-восточной Азии? Отличное расположение в старом городе и при этом вообще ни одного ни белорусского, ни еврейского блюда, ни драников, ни прочего. Качество приготовления блюд неплохое, но у меня, как у приезжего туриста, создалось ощущение аберрации из-за несоответствия кухни облику заведения. Несмотря на это, в ресторане приятно находиться, везде чисто и красиво.
