Beyond exceptional service and excellent accommodations, the hotel surprises with its welcoming ambiance of warmth and homely comfort. Staff members are courteous and attentive, ready to assist guests at any moment. However, the main reason behind my enthusiasm lies within the city of St. Moritz itself and its surrounding nature. This resort offers ideal conditions for winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and leisurely walks through the snowy scenery. The Carlton Hotel St. Moritz proved to be an outstanding choice for myself and my loved ones.
