This is housing and communal services, baby. A wonderful office, responsive and kind staff, have never ignored a single request or appeal. One problem is the pathological lack of funds. There are no funds or finances for anything. And so: efficiency is their credo. Work, brothers.

Garbage collection needs to go no one knows where .Although the driver can just stop where the garbage is, although we pay for the garbage and it is unclear why we have to carry it somewhere.?
