this is my second time staying at this hotel, the staff is very friendly, the location is excellent, and the real Turkish breakfasts are especially pleasing, but they end early, at 10.30, I don't always have time, because I like to sleep)

The location of the hotel is pleasant and that's all there is to write good about the hotel. The breakfasts are very meager, of course it's easier to go somewhere to have a delicious breakfast. The towels are gray instead of white, dirty and washed. The first night we slept under blankets, it was cool. The next night, blankets were brought to us, and one of them was with bedbugs!

Overall, the hotel left a good impression.
Among the advantages: stylish rooms, responsive staff (they will tell you everything, print out tickets, but they don't speak English fluently), good breakfasts, and the most important location of the hotel is located on the tram tourist route, which is sooo convenient, there is an exchange, shops, cafes nearby. You can pay for the room in lira, dollars and euros.
Of the cons: the rooms are tired (the lid on the kettle did not close, the shower smelled of mold), the room cleaning is also not of the highest quality (you can find a lot of interesting things under the bed and bedside tables), there was not enough meat for breakfast (it was not there for a week at all).
