Good afternoon. I want to write to people who can apply here for the purchase of a cauldron with an oven included a real review. I decided to buy a cauldron complete with an oven for myself. After monitoring the Internet, I made a choice in favor of the online store buy - kazan. buy. After communicating with the manager, I received information that they have been working for a long time, they carry Uzbek cauldrons. The stoves are all the same. Well, okay --- I decided to believe (and as it turned out, everything was in vain) . I ordered it with delivery to another city. By the way, I will note immediately upon delivery of the goods by courier, there was no receipt or guarantee at all (in general, it is immediately clear that they work in black!) Oh well. Let's move on... I come home, start preparing the cauldron for work, and here it begins.... The oven does not burn after ignition..... These are the inventions of a novice engineer).It totally sucks. It's all smoking and there's no traction. I took out the ashtray in general (by the way, it is also a complete nedorobotka - its height is about 1.5 cm- what are you going to collect there) it still does not burn. As a result, my conclusions are as follows. The chimney itself is only 60 cm. It is not clear at all who came up with this and decided to save on the width of the chimney. The height of the chimney is small, at face level. As a result, all the smoke flies in your face. There are only 5 holes in the furnace itself in the blower!!! That's the problem! Who made this oven, he really does not fumble anything in physics at the very beginning. Ie, the stove does not have enough oxygen. If you close the door, everything really starts to smoke and fades (when I called the manager and told him about it, he said that everything was fine, the door did not need to be closed at all))) I laughed for a long time...) Well, where do they make you like that?.. When I started calling all the competitors, then it turned out that none of the competitors had furnaces with a chimney diameter of 60. Then I went to the neighbors, they have a stove from the Kazan caravan. Everything is on fire with the door closed. The chimney is higher than mine . The diameter is visually larger than mine. And most importantly, nothing smokes. Why are you deceiving people? I asked you to take the best that you have ..... Inhumans... By the way, so that you do not confuse them with anyone, the difference is --- the inscription Pan Kazan on the stove . In short, I have not seen such a divorce for a long time. And here's another point. I think it's okay... I'll buy them an extra knee for the oven. I call, the manager says that there is a knee. I sent the car and sold the knee. The driver brought it... I'm looking at something wrong. The knee is above the diameter. I took the result back, and I don't have the 60 knee I need. In short, God forbid people get in touch with such scams. They need to write a statement to the police.

The conversation with the consultant is terrible. He's mumbling something under his breath. No specifics on delivery. In 15 minutes, only the courier calls. I asked about the thickness of the metal, and also started talking about primer and paint. As I said that I want a three-piece metal, it's more expensive, God forbid, I think I'll overpay. The pipe did not fit, it turns out, I was assembling the oven itself an hour after the courier left. I call, I say this and that. They offered to change it, they will bring it after the weekend. Again, when exactly is not a word. Here's the courier calling, 15 minutes in advance. I'm not at home. Why not say in advance when you will go. I can't wait at home all the time! I say my mother-in-law is at home, but I ask you to see if the pipe is of such a diameter, of course he didn't want to, why do I need it, but he said okay, I'll take a look. As it turned out, he was yelling, using obscenities. He would have left with an old pipe tied around his neck!!! I haven't tried it yet, I don't have time. But I read here that there are problems with gorenje, I am already getting upset. People, it's better not to get involved. I didn't want to take it from them from the very first call! But I wanted a cauldron with a stove! The horror!!! God grant that the furnace is functioning well and God forbid to meet such people again. It was very unpleasant to communicate when ordering. I hope the review will be useful for customers.

They mislead customers with the wording on the website!!! I ordered a set of oven + cauldron 12L on 11/18/2024 for the promotion on their website. It's good that I marked it in the note - the thickness of the METAL is 3mm! As it turns out, these comrades have such formulations on the site in small print in the description - the thickness of the metal and the thickness of the wall! There are furnaces on the site for a cauldron with a thickness of metal (as it is written in the description) 2mm and 3mm! In promotional kits, they already indicate the wall thickness of 3mm in the description!!! On the phone, when I started to clarify, they explained to me with a WALL thickness of 3mm- they have a 2mm and 1mm metal primer and paint!!! And when you already start comparing similar furnaces with competitors in terms of characteristics, then in fact the stock no longer smells +_ like the market average! Refused the order + specifically decided to leave a review! You can't do that!!!
