Very tasty pide — as crispy, fragrant as possible, with the addition of butter. Just what we expected from a real Samsung pide! This is the very taste for which it is worth coming here. The appetizers also pleased me: slightly spicy meat and carrot with yogurt — both are fresh, balanced and perfectly complement the main course. I would like to mention the sutlach separately — it is dense, rich in taste and with a pleasant milky sweetness. And, of course, Turkish coffee is excellent, thick, with a rich aroma, as it should be in good traditional establishments. In general, it is a very pleasant place with a warm atmosphere, where you can try the best pide in Samsun, right in the spirit of the Black Sea coast. 10 out of 10. A real classic of the region!
