As of 29.10.2025, it has been fully repaired, some neighbors are still waiting. 4. Frequent blackouts and the supply of electricity and water supply is not adjusted 5. Changing the facade design instead of porcelain stoneware, liquid travertine, which, by the way, is swollen in places. 6. Kut does not have a common approach to informing shareholders about changes due to the completion date of landscaping, repairs to access stairwells, heating to the central heating system, connection to the central sewerage system, employees mislead and transmit false information. Who is thinking of contacting SK kut to buy an apartment 100 times, think about it, yes, it's finished, yes it's late, yes it's possible, it may be hopeless, but nerves don't recover and the sediment remains! Instead of real actions to fix all the shortcomings in a timely manner, the company as a whole is engaged only in commercial activities. To confirm the above, you can drive to the facility and inspect the courtyard, entrances, elevator shafts are cluttered, thresholds are not clear how they are made, wells without lids, mud-slush, piles of incomprehensible junk everywhere, protruding fittings, etc., etc. chaos in general.
