This is the same apartment that is on krisha.kz Stanislav Aleksenko is selling - the two of them have the same ad. For the sake of interest, I decided to write to Batyr Shakhodjaev. I would like to note separately that the ad itself is misleading: the description indicates a "studio kitchen", but this is not shown in the photo ‑ in fact, the usual layout without a studio kitchen. The problems are already at the stage of initial communication: I sent a detailed list of specific questions about the apartment: the condition of the wiring, pipes, bathrooms, heating, entrance, redevelopment, owners, encumbrances, utility bills, what remains of furniture, payment options, etc. In two days, I received only one phrase in response: "Hello, how do you buy in 3 weeks they will leave." The realtor did not answer any of the questions asked. After that, I described in detail that it was possible for me to wait 3 weeks, but under the following conditions:: a clear record of the period of release of the apartment (no later than 21 days after registration) in the contract; transfer of an apartment free of living and personal belongings; payment via an escrow account: the seller receives the money only after registering the right to me, signing the act of acceptance and transfer, and actually vacating the apartment. I also reminded you once again that I am waiting for answers to the rest of my questions about the apartment. In response, there was complete silence, no reaction. He asked me directly: "Please reply with text, I'm not comfortable listening to voice messages." Instead of a normal structured point-by‑point answer, there are a few questions and one clipped phrase without any specifics. This approach, when a potential buyer immediately offers a clear and secure transaction scheme, and the realtor does not even bother to respond properly, looks rude and dismissive to the client. One gets the impression that a person is simply too lazy to delve into the object and work in a businesslike manner. I was ready to consider the apartment seriously, but with such a level of communication and attitude towards the client, the desire to work with this realtor completely disappeared. If you value your time, normal human communication and want to get clear answers to questions, rather than rude fragments of phrases and silence, I recommend looking for another specialist. Extremely unprofessional work of a realtor (Stanislav Aleksenko). He was interested in the apartment. Challenges at every stage: 1. I asked specific questions about the apartment (the condition of pipes, wiring, utility bills, redevelopment, etc.) - I received answers to only 30-40% of the questions. The rest is ignored. 2. I checked on Monday.: "On weekdays, the owners only come by 7 p.m.?" The realtor replied, "Yes." We agreed on Thursday after 19:00. 3. On Thursday morning, I confirmed the meeting at 19:00-19:30. In response: "I show the apartment at 14:30, it doesn't work out in the evening" Constant time shifts, unclear explanations, contradictory information. I was ready to buy an apartment, make a deposit, the money is ready in the account - but it is impossible to work with this approach. If you value your time and nerves, look for another realtor.
