I bought an apartment that was sold through this agency. The deal is complicated, the seller and another participant were settled along the chain. Agent Julia gave me a one-week deadline to vacate the apartment. However, already at registration, I outplayed the right to discharge in three weeks, ostensibly for my own comfort at registration. As a result, a week after the transaction, there were no keys. The delay is 5 days, while the keys were given to me by a drunken former owner without an agent and rinsed his brain, which, according to the contract, has the right to wait a little longer. An unpleasant aftertaste.
