They do not fulfill their promises: they said that the window would be ready in 2 weeks, and 3 would soon pass (a month is prescribed in the contract, but I hoped for my word of honor).
And it would be fine to just delay the installation a little bit, and inform about it in advance, but no one considers it necessary to say about it: you have to ask yourself every time when the installation is. I also have plans, and if we agreed that the product will be installed (conditionally) on Tuesday, then why not call in advance and warn you that you don't need to wait and plan anything on that day? Such is the customer orientation!
The bonus is that the card payment terminal and the cash register were "quarantined". A convenient way to avoid paying a commission to the bank, I'm not sure if it's legal.
UPD: I didn't have time to write a review with two whole stars, as the installation was postponed for the third time. This time, there are no installers. This time it was especially difficult to get information about the cancellation of the installation for tomorrow. I wrote to them 10 minutes before the end of the working day, and received a reply that there would be no installation (thanks at least they answered at all). Changed my plans for tomorrow again. And then they claim that THEY agreed with me on the transfer IN ADVANCE!

They put up windows, it's just tin, they came to fix it, they looked and left. The next time I called 100 times, they arrived, changed the rubber bands on one of the 10 windows, said that they needed to order rubber - they left, did not return, and did not pick up the phone - they died of coronavirus.
