This place is ideal for meetings with friends or a relaxing evening alone. However, the food is not always smooth. There are times when you order something and it doesn't turn out to be exactly what you expected. But it is worth noting that the staff is always on top — they sincerely apologize and even provide discounts as compensation, which is pleasantly surprising. As a result, Kvartirnik is a place where you want to return, despite minor flaws in the menu. There is always a warm atmosphere here

Every time this person gathers like-minded people who come to the institution over and over again on a WEEKDAY to listen to his BEST music, drink, dance, and so on. It's a good place. Delicious food and booze, relatively price /quality, beer in glass jars looks cool, 0.5 light 6p, many different cocktails in different price ranges. The interior is also pleasantly relaxing. I would like to mention the work of bartenders who will not let you get bored and will cheer up any company. But the institution is not without its drawbacks, there was a paid entrance on Saturday (10p) because of the live music, the songs were written by an unknown group, to say that the songs have a low semantic load is to say nothing, just yelling like "Big balls" and that's it, but they also yelled so that it was impossible to talk (the furthest the table in the establishment). Due to the large number of people, they waited 40 minutes for the hookah bar and another 15 minutes for the hookah itself. The establishment is open until 2:00 on weekends, I would like to at least until 4:00.
