This is just the height of rudeness and gouging! Instead of a fun holiday, we got a ruined evening and wasted money. First, some aunt Alesya was rude on the phone and hung up. Then, like fools, we stood at the locked door on Chapaev Street, because this rude woman was too lazy to say that the game "Frankenstein's Revenge" would be at a different address. When we miraculously got to the right place, we were also accused of being late and demanded an additional payment! The money was returned only after calling the police and a scandal with the authorities, and even then withholding some ridiculous amount of 5p "for the certificate." No apologies, no conscience. Shame on the company. I don't recommend it.
