We bought a film for the camera, after developing it turned out that the film "tastes green", all the photos turned out to be green after printing. The specialist said that the problem was with the camera (which had never been a problem). We studied the issue on the Internet, it turned out that such an "effect" is typical for expired film. We won't come there anymore, it's a shame that we captured valuable moments from our lives on this film. By the way, we didn't even get a discount on the photo stamp, although I'm sure the experts know what the problem is.

Unfortunately, my acquaintance with the service of this company is negative. I turned to the official CANON camera service with a simple problem (the tripod mount was broken, replacement is required). They said that they would not name the price of the spare part and the cost of repair, because a "deep diagnosis" of the breakdown is required, which costs only 75 rubles ($ 30). That is, they offered me to use my camera for my considerable money. Although the malfunction is obvious, I was denied information about the cost of repairs and spare parts. Therefore, be careful with the range of services that are offered to you. And I doubt the qualifications of their specialists. I will check with the representative office in Moscow or with those who gave them the status of an official service center, in their confidence in the qualifications of this organization.
