I do not know why people write negative reviews. We have lived in this house for 12 years. A lovely warm apartment, someone wrote that the water is often turned off. That's not true, not very often. It's like everywhere else, unless there's a breakdown or the city water utility itself does it. Poor sound insulation? My husband insulated the walls himself, it was quite inexpensive. Wonderful people live here, and the girls who work at the AXIS deserve special thanks! And the entrances, by the way, are often washed here!
