When i went that bank, there was a meeting during working hours and there was no information about when it starts or when it is going to end. We waited there meaninglessly. I am a foreing user and they have no proper website nor application. This bank is a kind of joke

I went to the bank branch today to get the statements for May. I provided: — a copy of the order appointing me to the position of chief accountant, — a power of attorney (issued to me for the tax authorities), — a certificate from eGov on state registration. However, despite this, the bank staff refused to issue bank statements. They stated that the eGov certificate was no longer valid, since more than 10 days had passed since it was received, and that it could not confirm my credentials. Instead of helping me find a solution or offering an alternative, I was told: Ask for help again (specifying exactly what they need), We may send the statement to the supervisor's e-mail, but not to you, even though you are the chief accountant and have provided the relevant order. I find this approach overly bureaucratic and inconvenient. All the documents provided by me logically confirm my status, and if desired, the staff could: — verify the order and the power of attorney, — to clarify the information on the database. I spent my time, received formal replies, and got zero results. I'm very disappointed. I ask the bank's management to pay attention to how the process of servicing legal entities is implemented and finalize the procedure for issuing statements, especially if we are talking about a representative of an organization holding an official position.

There are 14 operator desks, of which only 4 employees are in place, but only one accepts and very slowly! They don't use their assets rationally!
