We were with my wife today, we came by chance at 17.00.Saturday night. The tables are all occupied by 19.00. The waiters are not attentive to the 3rd floor service, the check was waiting for 15 minutes. They did not serve sugar to the coffee, they carried a bucket of sugar for 10 minutes. Salads and snacks are delicious, but why do you need to serve everything at once? Pasta is not impressed, risotto is normal. At the entrance, there is a crowd waiting for pizza to take away, which kills the atmosphere completely. If you add it all up with an average check, dinner cost 189 B.R. then I wouldn't go the 2nd time.

We were walking with friends in our native Minsk and accidentally came across this place. The restaurant is very beautiful both outside and inside. That's why we came in. We ordered a trio of fish tartare with avocado and citrus sauce 28 rubles. and squid in the Mediterranean 28 rubles. Draft beer is available only from the Republic of Belarus. The tartare was mercilessly small, there was no way there was no declared weight of 170 g. (at best 100 g) the taste is not bad, only the avocado is not ripe. The squid was disgusting, tasteless, swimming with some kind of disgusting potato soup. It's a pity that it's not delicious in such a beautiful place! We don't set foot there anymore and I don't advise you!

The appetizers were not bad, except for burrata with tomatoes ( not seasoned, uncharacteristic dish ); pasta with porcini mushrooms turned out to be dry, pasta with seafood was a little bit insular ( for an amateur, I understand ), pasta with salmon I liked. We were the whole family. The interior is warm and cozy. The music is not loud and pleasant, does not interfere with communication and creates a good mood. I really liked both the service and the kitchen. The service is not intrusive, but very attentive and fast, although the whole hall was filled. The waiter really knows what's what and offers very high quality and in the subject, first he is interested in your preferences in both dishes and drinks. The kitchen cooked quickly and deliciously. The presentation is original and very beautiful. Now about the main thing - about taste. That is a rare case when I liked everything. This has not happened in Minsk for many years, although individual dishes in different places can be very interesting. It's a long story to tell about everything. I took ossobuco meat, my wife took halibut. The meat was very soft and the taste was rich. Sox is just in the subject. And I would have been absolutely happy if I hadn't tried halibut.... It turned out to be so tender, with such rich and subtle flavors and serving, that I, an inveterate meat eater and steak lover, regretted that there was no room left in my stomach. Now I imagine how I will come to him. Interesting wines. I especially liked the white Jasmin zibibbo bianco 2019. Sherry is wonderful for desserts. By the way, desserts are good too. We tried canolli and something with lemon ice cream. We are going to come back again, we hope we will not be disappointed.

Risotto , and seafood pasta dishes are excellent , duck leg is over-stewed or cooked in the evening and heated in the oven ( I did not notice freshly cooked ).. for 3+, fruit drinks are excellent , my wife drank wine -Excellent! It was sprinkled with something, but I didn't understand what it was, maybe some kind of pepper, so it burned to black with a smell. Another minus is the second glass (of very decent Pinot Noir) was brought literally iced, which is quite a joint for red wine and a discerning bartender. Well, it's like ice. I've already said that, they've changed it. Apparently they tried to save an "old" open bottle - a vacuum stopper and in the extreme cold, they forgot to cool it. Okay) but what really spoils the impression is that the institution is on the verge of becoming really Cool, so this is the service. They forget requests, interrupt continuously, get out of it, practically argue, but the guys are friendly at the same time. You can conduct trainings and increase the cost of the menu by five to ten percent or something else. The institution will generally be a reference. Wait a second, I'll try the coffee. Yeah. It'll do. But this is a so-so criterion. I'm very much a coffee lover. I understand. Standard bitterness. I'm going to try dessert now. I'm sorry, but the dessert is very primitive, it's cool - strudel with pear, hotel and cherry sauce. Cheap cherry syrup and cheap "chemical" ice cream. And why chocolate in such a dessert? Vanilla, the fire will be delicious. The dishes are excellent. In general, the guys are nice, but a little bit of class in food and service. Of course, I would have returned even so, but with a "correction for the wind". With an understanding of minor flaws. Perhaps the flow of customers and the standards of the owners are satisfied, but it seems to me that there is still potential for revenue)) I wish you prosperity and a lot of joy, Peace and love!) P.S. Is there a limoncello for a digestif here? Just a second.. yes, I have. (This is a plus). Let's try it) I'm waiting for an order. By the way, a very decent audience and a good atmosphere.
