Terrible service. They didn't tell me what was included in the dish. They didn't tell me which hearty dish to choose without meat or fish. "Scramble, I just don't know how long it will take to prepare.".. And in general, there was a problem with the eggs. After a while, they came and said at first that there would be no egg dish. Then they said they could put dried tomatoes instead of eggs. A nightmare in a word, thank you... The pancakes are very fried and there is a lot of butter on the plate. Premium class cafe. I liked everything. It's cozy at home. The interior is magnificent. There are two outdoor verandas. If it's cool, the staff will offer blankets. The food is delicious, the serving is excellent. It's a pity that we didn't manage to enjoy all the dishes on the menu... The work of the cafe team is impeccable. Politeness, speed and courtesy. We were passing through Bobruisk, we chose an institution based on the rating.
We booked a table online - no one called back to confirm or deny the reservation. We arrived at the restaurant and were told that there was no reservation, but they would be able to put us in.

The receptionist-waiter girl is not the most pleasant in communication, she talked in some slang words, I had to ask again, because I was at a loss that the waiter could really communicate with such phrases.
There were a lot of items on the menu, the waiter was not even always aware of what was and what was not
Meal
The duck with pumpkin puree turned out to be simply not edible. The duck stank like spoiled meat. The fillet had a huge disgusting greasy skin.
Tartar came with a piece of an ordinary loaf from the store.

I don't know where so many amazing reviews come from, maybe the cook has changed. But this is the worst kitchen in my memory. Asian soup has nothing to do with Asian cuisine in principle. From the word at all. This is a tomato soup with a strange consistency, with chicken and noodles, not even homemade. Sour. All. And for the first time I saw a poached hard-boiled egg, guys. An ordinary boiled egg in pancakes. This is a complete failure. I didn't even take pictures.

If it were possible to put more than 5 stars, this institution would tear up and throw all its competitors. Because this is the best cafe in Bobruisk, and I swear to you, not many establishments in Minsk and other regional centers can boast of such quality of service and dishes. Everything from salads to desserts is served at the highest level, and is insanely delicious.
As for the prices, everything is also very cool here. There is a "Brunch" menu, well, just with inviting prices. And the whole point of the juice is that absolutely all the dishes, whether they are from the "Brunch" or from the main menu, are of the highest quality of presentation and taste.
As entertainment, they often indulge in live sound in the evening.
The service is perfect. All the waiters are kind, smiling and responsible.

A girl waiter-manager with dark hair needs to be trained in the standards of working with a guest and the etiquette of serving food and drinks in an institution. There was a dish in the receipt that was never taken out, although we asked for the bill and were about to leave. No one warned about the time when the dishes were ready. And, well, the food is mediocre, no one from the whole company liked it.
