We had a rest together, just three nights. We arrived early in the morning, we were offered not to wait for our room and to check into the villa. And it was the best solution, to have your own pool, quiet and peaceful in the evening. There is a shuttle service to the villa, but we enjoyed walking in the afternoon. The food is delicious and varied, the dry white wine is delicious, beer too, we have not tried strong drinks. Russian Russians are the most pleasant thing about the responsive and smiling staff, most of them speak Russian, and the hotel is aimed at Russians in general. The sea bar has always been a place to sit. There are a lot of people on the beach, but we always found a place, not coming early in the morning)) The sea is clear, there are no large huge stones at the entrance. There is animation, but we did not participate. There is a show program in the evening, but we were not up to it, there was definitely live music somehow. Have you heard))) I really liked the hotel. It was nice that they brought us fruits, cookies and wine as a gift on the day of our arrival. As for the cleaning, they came to clean up the very next day after arrival. We refused. They cleaned up the next day while we were gone. I want to return to this hotel again.

The hotel is not 5 stars, it does not quite justify its price. The territory is very small, there is little greenery, the spa area only pays $ 45 at a time, and there is a free Turkish bath, but if you refused paid services, you are in the area of ignoring the staff and it is always busy for you. Good pressure water. For whom a hair dryer is important, take your own, the maximum that can be dried locally is bangs. In the bathroom there is shampoo, shower gel, scrub, body cream, soap, shower cap, cotton swabs and discs. There is an air conditioner in the room, but it broke down and we spent almost two days trying to repair it. Our room was cleaned for 5+, our friends on another floor didn't have it, so we're lucky here.The food is normal, meat, cheeses, side dishes, olives are a credit. Fruits and sweets are disgusting in my opinion. The beach is tired, the sun beds are old, the umbrellas do not provide shade at all. The sea is beautiful, it is difficult to spoil it) it takes about three minutes to walk to the sea. The entrance is pebbly, it's hard to enter without corals. There are a lot of families with children. If you choose this hotel, do not settle for the Anex building. It's terrible, the rooms are small, there's no room in the cupboards at all, you can't turn around in the bathroom, you have to go further to the sea, you also have to go to the main building to eat, solve problems, the view can be into the wall. There is no condee in the lobby. Plus, there's only a pool in this building. You can swim in it even late at night. But the disadvantages outweigh it.

As always, everything is on the same level, the food is delicious, there are always places in the dining room, cleaning was done every day, the beach is clean, there are enough sun beds, but it's better to come at 8-9 o'clock, at 10 there are few available sun beds. We were lucky, there were rooms available and we were checked in immediately upon arrival at 10 a.m. If you don't have time for breakfast, you can always have a snack at the beach bar with pizza or shawarma. Ice cream is served during lunch and dinner without restrictions. The animation is unobtrusive, we only went to the evening shows. The contingent of vacationers is Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and the Baltic States. Wi-Fi is free throughout the territory, but fishing on the beach is weak. The L"Oceanica Hotel is very nice. We had a vacation in October 2025.We lived in the main building, the rooms were large and clean. There is everything you need (slippers, a shoe spatula, a set of threads with needles, a shoe cleaning sponge, a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, balm, soap, kettle, cups, tea, coffee, refrigerator, safe). Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed every day too, although it was written on the brooch that they were changed if they were lying on the floor. The bed was also changed every day. The staff is friendly, the reception is always helpful and helpful if you need anything. The hotel is excellent in terms of nutrition, there is a lot of food, everything is delicious, red fish every evening, alcohol is imported and local. There is a cafe and a bar on the beach. They make shawarma, pizza, burgers and bake gozleme (Turkish flatbread). There is a sauna, a steam room, a hammam and a gym (free of charge), a salt room, a Jacuzzi and massage therapists (for money). There are sun beds by the pools and on the beach. You can take beach towels, but for this you need to leave a deposit at the reception (they take any currency, I left 50 bel.rubles for two), they will give you cards and then change them for towels where the spa is. When you check out, you will be given a deposit back in exchange for the cards. There is a children's room for children, and children's animation in the evenings. There are also a lot of entertainment facilities for adults, charging, dancing, volleyball, yoga, etc. on the beach, and in the evening there are various concert programs, contests, and dances at the hotel until 23.00. Those who want to continue the party evening are taken to a nightclub. We brought a plate of our city as a gift, so we were given their plate with a picture of the hotel. Very nice to meet you. Another big disadvantage is that the door to the balcony could not be opened with a key, because the neighbors smoked non-stop, it would be nice if smokers were housed away from non-smokers, otherwise it is not possible to breathe! Very nice hotel, clean, renovated rooms. We had a rest from 10.08 to 20.08. in the main building. The staff is helpful and courteous. It's especially nice that there are some at the reception (which makes it easier to solve problems); That's where the advantages end. Now, in more detail about the disadvantages that make this guest house unworthy of being called a hotel: - the statement about UAI (ultra all inclusive) is an absolute lie - a hotel, a standard AI, where UAI does not even smell. - We have booked a room on the 4th floor of the main building, which is the simplest of the entire line of L'Oceanica. The first thing that surprises is the presence of unmapped slippery ramps. Their task is obvious, but due to the fact that they are barely distinguishable in artificial light, it is still worth marking them with at least a black anti-slip tape. Now to the number. Compared to something else, the room looks like a "Papa Carlo's closet" - small and "renovated" with swollen plaster, holes (!) in the place of the window frames. I was particularly surprised by the choice of tiles in the bathroom. at the node, with only 1 dim yellow lamp and an LED strip along the mirror, there is a black-tinged tile – it feels like I'm not going to the toilet, but into the closet. Apparently, to see less dirt. And the highlight of this room is the hanging toilet. The white brother is installed in such a way that even I, 185cm tall, sit on it as if on a bar stool - with my legs hanging down. It's definitely a small thing, but this is the first time I've seen it in my LIFE. Thanks to the guest house for the first experience. One of the advantages of the room is a good view from the window. - room cleaning. Going back to UAI, the bed linen has NEVER been replaced in the room. For 7 days of stay. This is nonsense for 5 stars. The wet cleaning was done carelessly. No wonder there were slippers in the room. - entrance to the sea. The beach is pebbly, and the entrance itself turns from small pebbles into large ones. There was excitement during the rest period and it was difficult to enter without special shoes. On the part of the hotel, the attempt to make a railing without pillows (like the colleagues opposite) causes only confusion – a simple and easily solved problem cannot be solved in ANY WAY. And the lifeguard's work is also amusing – it is fixed in time, at about 16-17 hours the lifeguard quickly gathers and departs.
